We are seeking a full-time (M-F, 8AM - 4:30PM) Maintenance Technician for two small properties in Shippensburg. The ideal candidate will have prior residential maintenance experience (carpentry, electrical, small appliance, HVAC, etc.) and reliable and insured transportation and a valid PA drivers license for daily and on-call responsibilities.
