Our newest client is looking for a warehouse Supervisor for their warehouse in Carlisle.
Must be able to:
Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate and evaluate performance of team leaders; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials.
Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.
Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material.
Other duties assigned.
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or supply Chain/Logistics facility.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety. 5S, lean Methodologies preferred.
Quality systems Knowledge-Monitor staff performances and costs within the department
Must be flexible to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekends)
