Job Duties:
Answering telephone calls
Greeting customers and vendors
Scanning accounting & other documents for future retrieval
Sorting incoming mail & posting outgoing mail
Requirements:
Professional telephone etiquette & greeting skills
Motivated self-starter
Data entry accuracy a must
Regular predictable attendance
