Job Description:

Must Have Skills (Most Important):
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in large scale operations and distribution management.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Microsoft Suite : Excel/Word/Power point
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-Managed individual
  • Inventory control experience, processes and procedures
  • Continual improve the business performance
  • Customer centric operational back ground/timely feedback to issues with solutions
  • Sarbanes Oxley experience

Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Four or more years of experience in a high volume distribution center of five hundred thousand square feet or larger
  • Experience managing a 3rd Party Logistics Provider
  • Experience with various WMS
  • OEM (original equipment manufacturer) management experience
  • Experience in materials management, i.e., transportation, purchasing, inventory management
  • Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties:
  • The primary focus will be around inventory management, reviewing cycle counting results, analyzing the next steps in the processes, and imputing results in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
  • Also, this candidate will be required to observe warehouse processes and audit activities during the operational day, KPI analysis, problem resolution are key for this position to include other duties as assigned.
