Specialty automotive repair business is seeking an operations assistant /bookkeeper. The position is part time and work schedule is flexible. The position is hands-on, and includes a wide variety of activities and responsibilities.
Duties include:
Financial and other document record keeping ( must have QuickBooks experience)
Front desk reception, customer contact, and scheduling appointments
Preparing work orders
Tracking, recording and ordering inventory
Various driving tasks, including running errands and transporting customers
promotional / advertising projects
Other organizational tasks as directed
