This is in a manufacturing environment and any experience related to customer orders, purchase orders, returns, shipping and order shortages is definitely a plus! This is a temporary position anticipated to be for 8 weeks. Responsibilities include answering customer calls both inbound and outbound and emails.Requirements:The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: 2+ years of customer service and administrative support experience. Experience related to processing customer orders, returns, purchase orders, freight and/or shortages would be helpful. Professional and pleasant communication skills for both phone and email communications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software, strong Excel proficiencydesired.
