Job Description: IBM Content Management (CM) IBM Content Management On Demand (CMOD) Hyland OnBase Migration Experience
Must-Have
Minimum 7 years of Application Development work experience
At least 3-5 years' experience in IBM FileNet technology area.
Familiar with Hyland DMS platform
Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
Minimum of four years of work experience in a client server environment
Solid experience in Java programming and design techniques
RDBMS Concepts, Oracle, SQL Server - includes queries and stored procedures
Knowledge of FileNet upgrade & Server configuration
Good-to-Have
Experience in Insurance domain
Architect level certification is Global ECM Forums like AIIM, Product vendors like IBM Filenet, EMC, Microsoft, OpenText
Experience and knowledge on Industry recognized enterprise architecture framework such as Zachman, TOGAF along with their benefits, constraints, limitations within tperson context of Enterprise Architecture Management in an organization
Able to provide Business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, technology architecture, security architecture, integration architecture and infrastructure architecture
Experience in providing enterprise architecture strategy, establishing solution landscape and preparing execution strategy and implementation plan for large transformation deals
Responsibility of / Expectations from tperson Role
Architect/Design/Define/Determine tperson optimal Solution Patterns and Architecture for Document Management products
Design/define enablers for ECM Consulting Study (like Assessment Tools, Documentations)
Evaluate and select ECM tools and define strategies for Migration across products and Version Upgrades
Select/Architect/Design tperson following - solution/framework/Tools for Content Migration, Repository design, Content Integration, Tool integration etc
Establish and enforce technical standards for deliverables of projects.
Work with ECM designers on Solution Design & Approach
