The Chautauqua Harbor Hotel located on beautiful Lake Chautauqua has immediate opening for an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.This is a full time year round position, requires a flexible schedule.This Manager is responsible to assist the F&B Director to oversee the Food and Beverage operation of the Hotel Directing day to day activities of the Restaurant, Bar and Catering departments in accordance with the approved budget while ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety and liquor regulations. This Manager must be creative, detail oriented with strong Leadership skills, ability to recruit, train and support Associates focusing on Guest Service; working knowledge of POS system
2-3 years F and B /Supervisory exp.
