American Resort Management, a premier managing company in the hospitality industry, is seeking Housekeeping/Room Attendant Associates in the Erie, PA Econo Lodge Inn and Suites. Qualified candidates will have experience in maintaining hotel guest rooms, guest bathrooms, amenities, and linens to a level of cleanliness that exceeds guest and hotel expectations. Room Attendants are often the face of our property and the main point of guest contact. Room attendants are expected to provide excellent guest service to each and every guest as well as provide a spotlessly clean, quality room.
Qualified Candidates should have:
· 2-3 years previous experience in housekeeping for a limited service, economy hotel.
· Availability to work on all shifts, during the normal operating hours of the property.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and spend most day, standing, walking, folding, picking up linen, etc. Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, stretch, and step while performing job tasks. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. or greater.
· Must be detail oriented and organized
