We pay our vendors on a weekly basis and can assign high volume of work in Erie, Mercer and Crawford counties.
Work include, but are not limited to:
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed specialty contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors must have an Aspen Grove ABC number and the equipment necessary to complete above work along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
***We pay out to the contractor network every week through direct deposit. Only serious contractors need to respond.
