Experienced painter for finished apartments wanted for immediate work. Individual must be extremely neat and meticulous to detail. Caulking of cracks between finished trim and wall followed by light sanding and painting. Touch up paint work on walls and trim board covering and caulking nail holes prior to sanding / painting. Individual must be able to work independently and have reliable transportation. Work hours are Monday through Friday with overtime available on Saturdays.
