Great life work balance ,benefits and bonus .The Release Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Agile development teams and stakeholders to schedule, plan, and coordinate releases following a servant leadership style approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Product Managers, Product Owners, and Senior Architect to develop roadmaps and launch plans, and take ownership to ensure visibility and transparency throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile Teams, DevOps, and all other departments to plan, schedule, and coordinate team and cross functional team product releases
  • Identify risks, concerns, and team impediments throughout the software development lifecycle that may impact the team plans and provide visibility to all stakeholders through Health Check Reports. Act as a champion for resolution
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within budget. If either are at risk, you will bring awareness and visibility to the product owners and/or stakeholders
  • Schedule and lead release readiness review meetings with Agile team(s) and participants. Identify risks that may delay and/or jeopardize deployment plans, and lead resolution
  • Advocate and work with the Dev Chapter Leads to implement improvements into our processes and practices that will help drive further adoption of increased continuous delivery
  • Ability to act as Scrum Master and lead daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and inspect and adapt sessions as needed.
  • Key skills
  • Scrum Master / Agile Coach experience in Kanban, Scrum, or Scrum XP methodologies
  • Project management experience in Agile Environment
  • Release management experience in Agile Environment
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, TFS, Git, etc.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipeline delivery practices
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; comfortable communicating with senior levels of both business and technology leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong facilitation and negotiating skills
  • Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology
  • Ability to execute pivotal priorities with high-quality results
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
