currently recruiting for a Senior Associate, eCommerce Media Planning

& Search, located in Skillman, NJ, Ft. Washington, PA or Los Angeles, CA. Johnson & Johnson

Consumer, Inc. provides customer development, marketing and logistical

services to U.S. retail customers on behalf of the U.S. consumer companies. It

represents one point of contact with our customers for selling teams, customer

service, distribution, retail merchandising and professional detailing. It

develops and markets baby care, wound care, over-the-counter medicines,

and skin care products that address the needs of consumer and healthcare

professionals and incorporates the latest innovations. The portfolio includes

heritage brands JOHNSON'S® Baby and BAND-AID® Brands, Listerine®, Benadryl®,

Tylenol®, ZYRTEC®, as well as leading beauty and skin care brands such as

NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO® and more.Senior Associate,

eCommerce Media Planning & Search, will lead the development, coordination

and activation of commercial and media events on Amazon, with both marketing

and sales objectives as metrics of success. Additionally, the Senior Associate,

eCommerce Media Planning & Search will work with our agency partners,

brands, and customer development teams to drive eCommerce search across various

retailers. This person needs to

be big picture oriented, while also being able to make day to day data driven

decisions. To be successful, the Senior Associate must have both a marketing

and sales mindset, and the ability to connect the dots between multiple

partners. This role is digital focused which entails constantly shifting

trends, data and capabilities so the ideal person should be comfortable

operating in a dynamic, fast past environment. Key responsibilities include,

but are not limited to:

Support activation of

J&J Consumer eCommerce search and media strategies across all consumer

brands that will accelerate online growth on eCommerce marketplaces (ie Amazon,

Walmart, Target and others) for J&J brands

Lead external benchmarking on

eCommerce media trends and translate into J&J’s media strategies to

WIN on eCommerce marketplaces

Utilize and action on data from

various sources to piece together movement, trends and opportunities in

the fast-moving eCommerce ecosystem

Support ongoing operations of

J&J search relationships that scale capabilities across the

organization including but not limited to 3PL partners and agency partners

Support the activation of key

strategies and capabilities with multiple stakeholders across the organization

including (but not limited to) Customer development sales team, brand

leads, shopper marketing, digital strategists, and agency partners

Monitor and track key

performance metrics to track progress against sales goals and business

plans to drive accountability and results for J&J

Ensure internal/external

alignment, while growing and maintaining relationships with key

stakeholders

Partner closely with eCommerce

team members and keeping strong external industry focus to bring new

insights and rapid development of key capabilities to win in eCommerce for

J&J and marketplace partners

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Marketing or related field is required, MBA preferred.

A minimum of 5 years total

business experience is required

Prior experience in a consumer

products company or eCommerce marketing preferred

Prior experience in consumer

package goods brand marketing or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target,

EBay, Google) a plus

Cross functional experience

required

Ability to prioritize and to

manage multiple priorities successfully is required

Ability to navigate through

rapid change and high levels of ambiguity is required

Ability to work in a complex,

matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines

exist is required

Strong collaboration and

communication skills is required

Strong analytical skills

(excel) and hunger to use data to find and solve problems required

Strong computer skills,

including web applications, MS Office and sales database applications per

computer proficiency standards is required

This position can be located in

Skillman, NJ, Ft.

Washington, PA or Los Angeles, CA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
