Description We are seeking candidates in the Logistics industry to join an existing team working onsite with a local client as a Senior Project Manager. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Glen Mills, Pennsylvania area. Submit an application today!Major responsibilitiesEndeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively
Be instrumental to classify, identify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
Fosters help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Manages the daily stand-ups, securing they are timely, brief, and focused
Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic
Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Commands deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner
Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Present detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion
Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers
Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials
Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards
Drives project planning
Cooperate closely with the Product Specialist, QA Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner/Product Manager
Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
Programs and administers the sprint planning and grooming meetings and routes ticket assignments Requirements - If you're looking for job openings and have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, you might be a good fit for this position.
PMP Certification experience desired
Applicants with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools are preferred
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
Applicants with a Project Management (PMP) certification are preferred.
