An Enrollment Specialist is a call center agent. The Enrollment Specialist (ES) answers inbound calls from Medicaid recipients and assists them in enrolling in a health plan and choosing a primary care doctor. Further duties include answering consumer questions, making health plan changes, and data entry. Calls are monitored for quality control purposes.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
bilingual a plus
Good computer skills
Customer service experience
