DescriptionAccountemps is currently recruiting for a Customer Trade Management Sr. Manager in the Harrisburg area. This is a long term temporary position, immediate start. Please apply online if you are interested and qualified.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of debit creation for back end programs, support the operations team with auditing vendor contracts, and help with approving of vendor marketing plans. Manage a monthly workload by utilizing Microsoft Excel. Reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on specific vendor programs. Work with Buying Department in creating various types of debit. Process customer and warehouse freight claims using Microsoft Access. Process vendor debits per the vendor contractual agreement. Manage vendor contract database Run reporting from multiple systems.RequirementsJob Requirements: Must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task with accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency Ability to analyze and make decisions based on research Ability to communicate both internally and externally via email, phone or face to face interactions Ability to work independently Strong will to deliver results Willingness and ability to learn and navigate through multiple systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package to include emphasis on Excel Previous debit/invoice data entry experience a plus 1-2 years office experience a plus High School Diploma or Equivalency but Higher Education a plus Use of Microsoft OfficeAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
