DESCRIPTION OF WORKProvides analytical interpretation of highly complex budgetary and fiscal work associated with several state appropriations and grants. Performs work in the formulation and submission of the agency's budget and rebudget requests as well as legislative hearing materials and other special projects within the Budget Division. Serves as the agency's point of contact for Central Billing Charges, reconciliation and distribution from various state agencies.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQualifications:

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements -one year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 2; or two years of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
