Typical Duties: Performs complex coding in VB.NET and T-SQL in support of the Administrative Support Application and Board of Law Examiner Windows solutions, and in support of the Online Services and Online Bar Application ASP.NET solutions. Creates and maintains Crystal Reports in support of the applications listed above. Performs technical analysis and troubleshoots existing objects to identify and implement resolutions to user-reported defects. Leads individual enhancement efforts, proposing solutions and coordinating deadline-intensive work with analysts, database personnel, and testers. Participates in development and design meetings with analysts, database personnel, and testers. In help desk call documentation, describes analytical findings, code changes, and recommended scenarios and approaches for functional testers. Creates and maintains Business Requirements and Report Requirements Documents.
