We are looking for a Full Time Line Cook to join our award-winning Bistro Team.
Responsibilities include cooking all orders for our daily Bistro Restaurant in an efficient manner and following Marriott standards, as well as prepare catering menu items for Catering and Meeting room events. Desired qualities include: attention to detail, some catering experience, cleanliness, and food safety knowledge. Candidate will be responsible for the daily prep, maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
