Position: Manager
Central Pennsylvania restaurant group is seeking highly qualified, highly experienced candidates for a top management position within the company. Candidates must have a bachelors degree in any field, and must have 5 years experience in managing restaurants, preferably at multiple locations.
Duties will include overseeing all front-of-house aspects, including human resources, customer service, financial and budget compliance, janitorial staff, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in wine, spirits, and beer, as well as having a diverse and progressive interest in food.
Candidate must also have reasonable flexibility in schedule, be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and enjoy serving and interacting with guests.
