The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient’s needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. This LPN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants. Qualifications
One year prior nursing experience preferred.
Job Specific Details:
We are hiring for
3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am LPNs
New increased pay rates.
We offer a Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 and generous shift differentials.
Tuition assistance is available to full-time and part-time after 90 days.

Educational Requirements
Currently licensed as LPN in state.
