Harrisburg property management firm is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and our growing portfolio of clients. Professionalism and exceptional customer service skills are required.
Job duties will include, but not limited to:
General office tasks, such as answering phones, filing, typing letters, etc.
Creating, maintaining, and managing advertisements for available units, including taking photos and videos as required.
Responding to inquiries from prospective residents and conducting phone screenings.
Scheduling appointments and showing available rental units.
Processing applications from prospective residents and corresponding with them throughout the process.
Coordinating the preparation of lease documents and move ins.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must hold a PA Real Estate License or be willing and able to obtain one prior to starting work.
Must have your own, reliable transportation, hold a current driver's license, and have required insurance.
Must be knowledgeable with a computer and have the ability to work with and use various software programs.
Must be self motivated and able to handle a fast paced work environment.
Must be professional, ethical, and honest.
This position will require 20-30 hours a week, hours will be between Monday - Friday from 8am- 6pm, with an occasional weekend to accommodate prospects. We reimburse for mileage at the Federal rate.
