We're a VERY busy consignment boutique in Hershey. Looking for the perfect candidate to help expand our team!
What we're looking for:
Someone to work in-store AND behind the scenes to help with our social media expansion. We're a LARGE 2,500+ SF shop with 7 employees. We're entering our busy season and looking to cross train an employee to learn the ins and outs of consigning/store operations/social media marketing. We sell in-store AND on social media.
Your responsibilities would include:
Learning daily in-store operations (how to screen clothing, point of sale, how to enter items, opening/closing duties, etc)
Taking photos/videos of new merchandise for social media
Taking phone orders and preparing orders to be shipped
What we're looking for:
You MUST have experience/be familiar with social media marketing (e-commerce/web design/marketing experience is a plus!) If you aren't familiar with Instagram or Facebook, this isn't the position for you.
You MUST have retail experience (merchandising/visuals/sales/management)
You MUST be fashion conscious. We accept name brand AND high end merchandise. You must be familiar with designers to be able to screen/price accordingly.
You MUST be customer service oriented. We LOVE our shoppers and consignors and expect a positive/up beat attitude from all of our staff members.
You MUST be a self starter and motivated.
You MUST be willing to learn and have fun!
The goal of this position is to transition into an Assistant Manager role. We currently have a WONDERFUL Manager who is doing it all! She needs a right hand person to learn the ropes to assist her with running the shop. You'll both work closely with the owner.
This is a PART-TIME position to START. 10-15 hours weekly. We expect this position to grow into 20-25 hours weekly! You MUST be available to work 2 Saturdays per month.
We are open Monday-Saturday from 9:30-5 and Thursday from 12-7.
Hourly pay DOE.
