Part Time B2B Cold-Calling Phone Sales Rep Needed for Small Digital Marketing Agency

Seeking a motivated and energetic part-time telesales rep for an award-winning, A+ BBB-rated growing boutique digital marketing agency based in Pine Grove, PA (near Pottsville). Experience preferred, though the right person can be trained. Must have some familiarity with ecommerce, website design, and online advertising (need to be able to understand and speak about the basics).

Local candidates (within 30 min drive of Pine Grove, PA or less) only who are willing to initially work remotely (in a quiet workspace) and ultimately at a small office in Pine Grove, cold-calling Central PA & Philadelphia-based businesses and pitching basic website design and online marketing offerings worth $500-$5000+. Pay is negotiable and will include incentives to reward and grow success.

Must have a clear speaking voice, be articulate and pleasantly persistent, politely assertive, and willing to initially work 10 hours per week cold-calling. Willing to increase hours gradually leading to full-time based on sales-generated. Ideal for college student/recent grad.

Hiring process is very straightforward:

1. Submit your cover letter and resume.

2. Ideal candidates will be contacted by phone for a basic phone screening.

3. Preferred phone-screen candidates will be emailed a phone script and call strategy for an initial 10% commission-only 3-week trial-run: if you can follow the basic cold-calling sales plan and generate at least 3 sales valued $500 each within 3 weeks of starting (with 50% deposit payments for each new sale from new clients collected during the 3 weeks), you'll be offered the part-time job with a starting salary of $20/hour + 10% commission and additional performance-based bonuses to be determined, for 10 hours per week to start. At least 1 new sale valued at $500+ per week within that 10 hour/week workweek is needed to keep the job, as this is a very small business with limited budget to pay salaries for non-performing sales staff. Regardless of hire, 10% commission will be paid for all new sales generated within 2 business days of deposit of new client checks clearing. Willing to increase weekly hours to 20, 30 and 40 fairly soon after newly generated sales continue to grow.

The goal is to hire someone ideally who wants to help be a part of a small, but growing business, receive valuable training from a 20-year digital marketing business pro, and who will be handsomely rewarded for success as the business gradually grows. Someone who succeeds in this role would be developed to ultimately grow into a sales team leader to train and coach a sales team over time, and ultimately grow in salary, commission and benefits as the business grows. This is not a funded startup; rather it is 'boot-strapped' by revenue generated, so more revenue generated=more growth opportunity for everyone who contributes to that success. Good luck!
