WANTED - Team Linehaul Drivers for Full Time Positions - FEDEX GROUND Drop & Hook Delivery
CDL-A REQUIRED
Company will sponsor Doubles Endorsement
Updated Medical Card
Minimum 3 months experience w/ driving school certification
In last 10 years, must have driven at least 5 years
In last 3 years, must have driven at least 1 year
Military service waivers are available
Pay & Benefits
Unlimited earning potential - the more you drive, the more you can earn
Each tractor averages 5K - 6.5K miles per week
$0.65 - $0.70 cents per mile (all miles are paid miles) based on experience ($1,600-$2,300 per week)
Paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit; paid after the run with no holdbacks
Higher take home pay - Pay per mile rate includes non-taxable per diem of $66 (for meals and incidentals)
6 weeks of paid vacation; eligibility after one full year from start date
$1,500 Referral Bonuses where applicable (Referral must be employed for 6 full months to be bonus eligible)
$1,000 signing bonus (Paid semi-annually – Individual must be employed for 6 and 12 full months respectively to be bonus eligible)
Work 5-6 days per week; Home Weekly; some teams choose to extend their runs and reset on the road to boost income even higher
$50 - Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement; eligibility after 6 months from start date (Receipt(s) Required)
$250 - annual subsidy for Medical expenses; eligibility after one full year from start date (Receipt(s) Required - Medical, Dental, Optometry and Prescriptions are eligible expenses)
401k Eligibility
Merit based increases up to $0.05 cents per mile; eligibility after one full year from start date
2020 models Freightliner and International trucks - ALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
All trucks are covered by Ryder Select Care Full-Service Maintenance plans reducing/eliminating potential downtime in the event of repair or service needed
