Job Description

This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate hours and pay exception reporting to the Corporate Payroll Team for 2,000+ division employees. This role will also assume responsibility for the overall administration of the eTIME system to include table and employee maintenance, daily interface monitoring, establishing new companies and structures and testing.

Major Responsibilities:

Tasks in ADP eTIME include:

  • Maintain employee data to ensure system access and time recording method
  • Create and maintain labor levels, pay rules, work rules, accrual profiles
  • Daily review of interface import logs and perform corrective entries resulting from Transaction Assistant errors
  • Partner with ADP to implement process improvement, new processes and addition of new divisions/companies
  • Testing of new implementations or processes
  • Weekly timecard period-close activities to include extracting and balancing payroll extract files
  • Single point of contact for system and access questions
  • Regulatory and Adhoc reporting
  • Creation of hyperfind queries as needed
  • Payroll Support
  • Division manager single point of contact for payroll questions
  • Accumulate, analyze and document pay exceptions/corrections for submission to corporate payroll team
  • Balance, review and approve processed totals from corporate payroll team
  • Statutory, vendor and union reporting
  • Provide audit support

Qualifications

Education,Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

  • 7+ years payroll experience
  • 5+ years advanced ADP eTIME or Kronos database administration experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills to include complex pivot tables and formulas as well as vlookups.

Preferred:

  • Associate degree in business related field of study
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments and meet dynamic deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proactive, motivated, results oriented individual capable of working in a team environment and partnering with several areas within the division and corporate office.
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
