Plan and implement tools for individuals to succeed at work.
Create and update records and reports on progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Effective and succinct written documentation.
Experience with Google Suite is a plus.
Ability to stay organized when dealing with multiple clients simultaneously.
Prior experience working with people with disabilities.
Upbeat, motivational attitude.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or an applicable field of study is strongly suggested.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and ASD.
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
