Position SummaryEurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytically strong Pricing and Quoting Specialist to support our North America network of laboratories. This role is responsible for responding to both formal Request For Proposals (RFPs) as well as routine pricing and quoting responsibilities. The role includes developing accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing and quotations for a wide range of bioanalytical and testing services. The ideal candidate enjoys working with complex data, collaborating cross‑functionally, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of science, business, and customer engagement while contributing to meaningful work that supports the development of life‑changing therapies.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to formal RFPs by providing pricing for services and quotationsRead, interpret, and comprehend scientific test methods and study protocols to assign appropriate pricingUtilize Excel‑based pricing models to calculate prices for complex and custom studiesApply pricing structures that are logically consistent, commercially sound, and aligned with profitability goalsGenerate clear, robust, and competitive quotations aligned with market expectationsCreate, maintain, and update test services and pricing within internal computer systemsCollaborate closely with Sales and Project Management teams to develop creative and effective solutions for complex scopes of workProvide superlative service to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the quoting process
