Angelo’s is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team! We’re a busy, family-owned restaurant known for great food, a fun atmosphere, and taking pride in what we serve. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and making quality dishes, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Angelo’s recipes and standards
Set up and stock your station before each shift
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and workstation
Assist with food prep (cutting, portioning, sauces, etc.)
Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently
Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house
Help with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
Work efficiently during busy periods
Requirements"
Previous line cook experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Flexible availability (day, nights & weekends)-will work with you to come up with flexible schedule
