Looking to hire a maintenance tech for an apartment complex. Must have good communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and dependable. Team player. Must have car to travel to a sister property. Tech must have knowledge and experience with basic plumbing, electric, baseboard heat, paint, spackle, drywall. Responsible for snow removal, and on call for maintenance emergency. Apartment offered with employment.
