10. Light plumbing
11. Molding, baseboard, and door casing
12. Unit turn/ make ready
You must be able to take direction, meet projects schedules, demands and produce professional craftsmanship when completed. You will be required to have all tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary to complete the projects.
