Gardner's Mattress & More, Lancaster's Favorite Mattress Store, is looking for a new team member for our delivery and installation crew.
As part of the team, you are responsible for being the last impression with our customers. Being on time, articulate, well-spoken and personable is key. Our reputation in Lancaster County is stellar and our delivery team is a large part of this. Some requirements of the job are as follows:
-Must be 18 years old
-Valid PA Drivers License (and be able to have our insurance company approve you as a driver of our truck)
-Able to do physical work for 8 hours a day
-Be on time consistently
-Be available to work Monday - Friday with some occasional weekends as needed
$13/hour as starting wage (possibly higher for the right candidate)
$500 bonus if 90 day probation period goals are met
Paid Concierge Family Doctor subscription (employee only)
Paid Vacations (1 week after 6 months if 6 month goals are met, 2 weeks after 12 months)
Paid Holidays
Overtime is available
