Installation Coordinator Position
An installation coordinator's responsibilities include working with customers daily, entering job requests into the work order management system, scheduling of jobs and coordination of projects. It is our desire to have someone that has a great personality on and off the phone, is welcoming to customers and can be a team player. We also desire someone that is not looking to get by doing the minimums, but for a true shining star that wants to exceed their goals everyday; someone that will not be satisfied unless they have gone above and beyond. Requirements:
Positive attitude.
Exceptional phone skills.
Exceptional organizational and filing skills
Ability to multi-task in stressful situations
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Very strong positive communication skills
Independent self-starter ready to accept guidance and leadership
Solid computer skills including familiarity with MS Word, Excel and the Internet and email
Must be willing and able to work with a team and unsupervised at times.
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus but not necessary.
Must be trustworthy and loyal
