Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Flexible Part-Time Schedule of 15-20 hour per week
Invoicing, AP/AR & general bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Process incoming orders
Prepare and record bank deposits
Review mail, emails & voicemails and forward to the appropriate teammate
Answer the phone
Compile hours for payroll (processed through our accountant)
Run Sales/Use tax reports for the accountant
Howard M. Gebhard Inc, a local stone engraving company is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to support our growing business. We provide on-site stone engraving for gravestones, veterans memorials, house numbers, etc. We offer a positive, low-stress work environment with a flexible schedule.
Our Ideal Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Experienced: Must have previous bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks (or similar software) for Invoicing, AP & AR. Excel experience also a plus.
Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do excellent work. Strong interpersonal skills
Accurate: Able to work with minimal mistakes and a high level of accuracy. Must be organized and detailed.
Efficient: Can stay motivated and make sure all tasks are completed promptly. Willing to ask for more work or take on more responsibility as needed.
