Modern mushroom Farms, Inc is hiring an experienced Payroll Clerk in Toughkenamon PA. A successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience processing payroll through Paylocity or simular system (ADP or Paychex). This is a full-time, 40 hour/wk position that will start IMMEDIATELY!
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry of all payroll information.
- Collecting and calculating data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, job titles and department/division transfers.
- Prepares payroll reports
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- 2+ years experience in data entry, payroll and admin/or administrative duties
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel a must. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Outlook
- Prior experience within a payroll department Highly preferred
Education:
College grad preferred, High School grad minimum
