Community Insurance of New Holland PA is seeking a Full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a local insurance office. This role will require you to work with clients, insurance carriers, vendors and co-workers in person and on the telephone.
Job Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and vendors
Answering multi-line telephone calls and transferring
Assist clients with payments
Scanning
Ordering Supplies
Performing miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed

Ability to commit to work hours of Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
