Job Summary

This role is responsible for lead generating, appointment setting for potential clients, and converting cold calls into qualified sales leads using our companies proven processes. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to targeted prospects to generate "Sales Ready" qualified leads and for maintaining client relations once established.

We will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities and Duties

Search for and identify opportunities to acquire new business/clientele - "hunter role"

Must maintain a high level of activity by prospecting and taking telephone and, occasionally, face to face inquiries from potential new clients.

Understand and negotiate with customers in relation to fees, products, and services.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via telephone calls and emails.

Assist Director of Acquisitions in all capacities.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous work experience in sales and customer service a plus

Good IT skills; Microsoft Office knowledge helpful

4-Year degree preferred

Quick and adaptable learner

Excellent communicator

Team player with a positive attitude; collaborative with colleagues

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must

Hard Requirements
