Friday Systems Inc., an Ephrata based software company specializing in software and services for small car dealerships, has an immediate opening for a full-time Inside Sales / Software Support Representative. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-rounded individual who loves working with computers; enjoys having multiple responsibilities and wants to contribute to growing our company. Friday Systems offers a relaxed and friendly working environment.
Primary duties to include:
-Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
-Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
-Conduct client surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
-Contact internet sales leads by telephone for product information requests.
-Deliver prepared sales talks, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
-Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
-Prepare and send sales contracts to new customers.
-Monitor customer issues and facilitate resolution by the appropriate personnel
-End-user phone support for our financial, web and inventory software products
The successful candidate should possess skills and qualities in the following areas:
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
-Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking
-Enjoy working with clients in a friendly and professional manner
-Exceptional oral & written communication, documentation and organizational skills
-Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles preferred
-Familiarity with popular web mediums such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and automated email software such as Constant Contact.
-Two-year degree in technical, business or marketing related fields preferred but not required
-Ability to work and learn independently
-Able to work 1-2 evenings per week
