Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Serve customers over the phone and in-person

Build relationships by listening to customers & understanding their needs

Help them select the storage solution that best matches their budget and needs – building style, size, colors, customization options, etc.

Provide them with a quote for their shed or detached garage project

Follow up with customers to answer any questions

Collect deposits & submit sales orders to production

Schedule a delivery time with the customer & give a reminder call one week out

Connect with the customer after delivery to ensure that they are happy with their purchase

Process quotes, invoices and payments through QuickBooks

Track information via Excel

Glick’s Structures is looking for a Fulltime Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position will work directly with customers at our Gap location by providing both phone and in-person sales support. Experience in the shed industry is not required; we are willing to train the right person. Since 1983, we have been providing homeowners with quality storage solutions, including sheds, detached garages, and chicken coops.

In addition to serving homeowners, we are also committed to serving our community and supporting local charities and nonprofits. Every other month, we give a day to help those in need with the resources and talents that our team provides. We also believe each team member should have time to invest in their families. We value honesty without compromise, treating others as we would like to be treated and strive for excellence in product and in life.
