The Hearing Center of Lancaster is looking for an experienced customer service representative with strong yet comfortable communication skills, and telemarketing and organizational skills. Must be able to multitask as front desk reception, answer phones, and make identified cold calls. Must be computer oriented to master multiple data entry programs and keep accurate inventory and patient records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Appointment Scheduling applications. Must have the manual dexterity to handle tiny objects and be able to learn how to handle minor service and repairs of Hearing Aids. Must be prepared to deal well with seniors clientele. - Applicant must be reliable, able to work independently and be a self-starter; we have important backup activities that will keep this position busy all day.- Customer Service experience or retail sales experience, or front desk medical office background helpful.- Current planned hours are 8-4 Mon - Fri.- Potential Job Growth- Location: north side of Lancaster near the airport.
