Penn Flooring and Restoration is currently seeking experienced, highly motivated, dependable hardwood refinishers and installers to join our team. Salary is competitive and dependant upon experience, knowledge, work ethic and hours worked. Potential for bonuses and paid time off. Ideal candidate with refinishing experinece would include hands-on experience with belt/drum sanders, rotary sanding equipment as well as industry recommended sanding, staining and finish coating techniques. Willing to train the right individual. Installation experience should include hardwood and floating/locking applications, such as laminate and lvp a plus. Valid drivers license required. Qualified, highly motivated, customer service orientated, dependable candidates, who are willing to go the extra mile in customer satisfaction, while working in a team environment.
