We are an established Design Build company providing residential remodeling and building services to the Lancaster Country area since 1978. We are looking for an experienced working foreman to join our team. An ideal candidate would be located in or around the Lancaster area as all of our work is located within Lancaster County and is someone who can excel while working independently as well as part of a team with others to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction. A strong background in finish carpentry including trim work and cabinetry is helpful.
Job Description:
Perform various carpentry tasks as required on a job by job basis.
Establish and review job schedules on an ongoing basis.
Organize and coordinate delivery of materials.
Coordinate schedules of specialty contractors and oversee quality of work performed.
Maintain assigned company tools and equipment and report damage as necessary.
Qualifications:
Located in or around Lancaster County area.
High school diploma / GED or equivalent required.
Valid PA drive’s license and acceptable driving record.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while remaining organized.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities.

Benefits:
Pay based on experience – Starting pay $25 / hour ($52k/year) and up
Company provided truck and tool package (Tool packages include all necessary power tools and specialty tools which are available for use as required)
