Well established, Lancaster County Electrical Contractor is looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Electrician to join their team. They offer a positive, respectful work environment and competitive pay and benefits.
Job Responsibilities Include :
Communicate with the estimating team and customer on all issues on the jobsite
Performing Commercial and some residential remodel work
Work diligently to control work flow
Must have solid experience
Must work in a timely fashion to make sure the job is completed on time
Gathers, inventories, and verifies the correct assigned project material items are available for the project
Leading a team of up to 5 helpers
Requirements:
10 years' of experience in residential and commercial work
Knowledge of NEC code
Able to interpret basic business documents and advanced specifications relating to electrical work
Working knowledge of all aspects electrical
Must be able to work independently without supervision
Ability to work as a team and lead up to 5 helpers
Positive attitude
Good driving record and current PA Driver's License
Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Journeyman's Lic. not required, but is a PLUS!
Compensation and Benefits:
4 Day work week M-Th 6am-4pm
Pay rate $20-30/hr DOE
