Co-creating global strategies that enable access for our products in partnership with a broad array of internal business partners in pricing, access and beyond.This role is expected to define the pricing performance metrics for our Company and partnering with pricing & access analytics team to monitor, evaluate and improve our performance at the subsidiary level.Beyond pricing, this position plays a critical role in developing our Biosimilars access strategy for our key markets focused on developing tender capabilities primarily for Ex-US markets, while at the same time working closely with US organization at the operational level & new launch planning.The position is expected to partner effectively with local organizations in understanding their healthcare market landscape both from public and private channels perspective.Understanding the gaps in the capabilities around pricing, tender and access for biosimilars areas in relation to Organon portfolio and develop solutions in overcoming obstacles within the scope of the G-ACT organization.Primary Responsibilities:Provides input into the price assessment of business development products and due diligence projects as needed to validate price assumptions from a price implementation and realization (value recognition) point of view.

Develops and delivers the global pricing strategy and policy for new and existing products.

Supporting affiliates and local organization in the development of local pricing strategies and solutions to address local access barriers and acting as sparring partner throughout the process.

Developing, leading and delivering market pricing strategies for markets or clusters of markets as needed and assuring high quality, relevant and timely deliverables for the business.

Interact regularly with affiliates and their local organization to actively provide support and monitor pricing policy implementation.

Running the price governance process, leading and coordinating pricing decisions processes with key partners and decision-makers.

Approving list & net prices for commercialization at launch and any list & net price changes post-launch.

Monitoring implementation of policy, fostering standard methodology sharing and providing updates on price, launch and reimbursement status in key markets.

Identifying key competitive trends, synthesizing competitor price information and triggering actions, as required.

Generates breakthrough solutions and enables others to do the same.

Draws on unexpected or seemingly unrelated ways of thinking.

Operates from a framework of possibility.

Education Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Required Experience and Skills:Minimum of 15 years of related pharmaceutical experience is necessary with at least 5 years of direct experience leading pricing & market access related work at the market and preferably also at the regional / global levels.

Ability to present issues and recommend solutions in a succinct manner to Senior Management on a frequent basis.

Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and making sound pricing and market access recommendations.

Strong practical, quantitative and analytical skills combined with a profound understanding of how to apply market access & policy dynamics to support optimized decision-makings.

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve desired business outcomes.

Demonstrated experience with influencing senior leaders to drive actionable strategies and ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
