Job Title: County Chief Financial Officer
Location: Crawford County Courthouse 903 Diamond Park
Meadville, PA 16335
Classification: Full-TimeExempt, Non-Union
Work Hours: 8:00A.M. - 4:30P.M. Monday-Friday (40H) ½ hour unpaid lunch
Essential Duties: Oversees the financial operations of the entire County to ensure immediate and longer term implications, opportunities and risks are fully considered and aligned with the Countys financial strategy, to provide financial/technical advice to the Board of Commissioners, to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations, to design, implement, and monitor the Countys system of internal control.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in accounting or a business related degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of experience in accounting and budget preparation is required. A Masters or CPA or CMA preferred. Experience with cost allocation, fund accounting, and computer accounting skills is essential. A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required. EDEN software or other ERP experience helpful.
Pay: $55,000 $62,000 depending on educational attainment, experience and qualifications
