?Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 10 years as a sworn in law enforcement officer.
PA Act 120 or PA Act 2
Must possess a valid state issued Act 235 certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Must possess a valid License to Carry or an HR 218 Certification (Blue Card)
Must provide privately owned firearm and equipment that must pass inspection
Must demonstrate firearms proficiency
Must successfully complete and pass ongoing required training
A high school degree or GED
Able to provide proof of ability to work in the United States
Must provide 2 law enforcement references
Must be able to walk for extended periods of time, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, squatting, and carrying.
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions during shifts
Successful completion of drug test and background checks
Valid Driver?s License
Completion of all on-line and on the job training
Complies with all uniform requirements according to the S88 Standard Operating Procedures
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing
Ability to learn and use new software efficiently
Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress, and work under austere conditions
Ability to conform to established procedures and to help identify and solve problems
