Duties include, but are not limited to, drafting correspondence, reports, proposals, and flyers; processing mail and email; answering phone calls; monitoring the Institute’s budgets and grants; organizing workshops for teachers; contacting school administrators and teachers; and performing other duties as assigned. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Additional preferred qualifications: Experience with K-12 school districts, familiarity with Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Standards Aligned System, and knowledge in a STEM education content area.
