Business Analyst on a 6+ months renewable contract role in Middletown, PA. Position – Business Analyst The candidate must have a strong ability to extract key detailed information from end users in either face to face meetings, online meetings or via phone. Must be able to adapt to new technology quickly, communicate changes clearly to end users, and create documentation that clearly explains system functionality. Candidate should be able to help design user guides, process flows, and use cases. Must have outstanding communication skills, Must be able to work as part of a team or independently. Must be detail oriented, and work with a strong sense of urgency. In accordance with the terms of Contract and the duties of staff augmentation personnel outlined therein, staff augmentation personnel shall provide complete knowledge transfer to the Department of all tasks and projects assigned by the Department. Knowledge transfer includes complete written documentation including systems design, technical design and specifications, and coding to the Department for all tasks and projects to which personnel are assigned.
