DescriptionThe Investment Assistant I will work closely with the assigned financial consultants (1-3) to maximize revenue production by serving as the primary liaison between Operations and the PhoneBank, promptly responding to all client service requests, scheduling appointments for assigned Financial Consultants, preparing for audits while adhering to all FINRA, CCOIS, CFG and state securities regulations on a daily basis. Occasionally the incumbent will be responsible for selected marketing activities including contacting assigned FC’s book of business to solidify relationships, coordinate all prospecting and follow-up efforts (telemarketing), serve as client liaison for FC client companies, assist in coordinating in client seminars, follow-up on referrals received from business partners and to provide sales activity reporting. Travel within assigned geographic location may be required.Qualifications
MS Excel and Outlook experience is required.
Knowledge of PC applications, spreadsheets and word processing
Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel between branches
