This individual willdetermine the direction of complex chiller projects by managing assigned orders through theorder execution, engineering, manufacturing and startup phases. Working in a team environment,theProjectManagerwilldevelopanddocumenttheplan,ensureadherence, and manage risk factors identified in each contract.Theassignedcustomerorders willhaveahighdegreeofcomplexityorspecialcircumstanceswhencomparedtostandardproducts.Theprojects willbe managedaccordingtostrictcustomerandfinancialrequirements.Thisincludesacquiringresourcesandcoordinatingtheefforts ofcore,extended andsupportteammembers,suppliers,contractorsorconsultantsinordertodeliverprojectsaccordingtoplan.The preference is to have this individual based in York, PA, or San Antonio, TX.
